This Recruitment Platform was founded for ethical and transparent migrant worker recruitment to address the risk of forced labour, multiple recruitment fees and insane cost as well as eliminating unnecessary and exploitative middlemen to make the process of recruiting seamless and cost effective and time savings.
Sue has been in the corporate, finance and administration field for more than 25 years working for International and listed companies. Sue understands the pain points of the human resource department in recruiting foreign labour as well as of a debt laden worker and wants to reverse this to provide a transparent and seamless recruitment and a debt free and safe work environment for both workers and employers.
David who has a computer science degree is also pursuing his MBA specializing in human resource management. He is also a qualified employment agent licence holder. David has vast experience in operational matters of foreign workers both on site and off site and understands the underlying problems of the workers and the unethical charges of the middlemen.

Her work experience with government link organization has gained vital insights into business management and administration and operations.
