Sue has been in the corporate, finance and administration field for more than 25 years working for International and listed companies. Sue understands the pain points of the human resource department in recruiting foreign labour as well as of a debt laden worker and wants to reverse this to provide a transparent and seamless recruitment and a debt free and safe work environment for both workers and employers.

Sushmita has over 25 years of experience in Product Marketing and Strategic Management across various markets. She has an MBA in Marketing and experience in procurement, distribution and channel management in IT industry. She was the Country Manager and Head of Business Development of Computer Peripherals for Indian Subcontinent and Asia Pacific region. She is currently heading the Global marketing of the Company and is responsible for designing of the global marketing strategy and campaigns for the platforms.

David who has a computer science degree is also pursuing his MBA specializing in human resource management. He is also a qualified employment agent licence holder. David has vast experience in operational matters of foreign workers both on site and off site and understands the underlying problems of the workers and the unethical charges of the middlemen.
